• Ensure all documents submitted are authentic and legally obtained
• Review all processed documents for accuracy before finalizing
• Comply with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are as published on our website or as quoted for specific services. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with services requested
• Provide valid payment information
• Pay any additional costs for expedited services or special requests

All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except as required by Singapore law.

5. Turnaround Times

Standard processing times are estimates only and may vary based on:

• Language pair requirements
• Current workload
• Third-party processing times for notarization or certification

While we strive to meet all deadlines, we cannot guarantee specific completion times.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client documents and information, subject to:

• Legal requirements to disclose information under Singapore law
• Necessary sharing with third-party service providers (e.g., translators, notaries) to complete requested services
• Our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms

7. Intellectual Property

All original documents you submit remain your property. For template creation services:

• You retain rights to the specific content you provide
• We retain rights to the template structure and formatting
• You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the templates for your intended purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Kerupe Sicune shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Errors or omissions in documents resulting from inaccurate source materials provided by you
• Delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any use of documents contrary to their intended purpose or applicable laws

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
